Artscape wrapped up Sunday, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to Baltimore over the two-day festival. The annual family friendly festival featured a blend of arts and entertainment with culinary favorites and one-of-a-kind collectables. For the first time in its more than 40-year history, Artscape moved to Memorial Day weekend and to a new location under the Jones Falls Expressway. 11 News spoke with Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott about how this year's festival shaped up to be a big success.
