Austin Smallwood and Tiara Pitts of South Carolina Realtors go over NAR professional standards and fair housing. Standards training covers course cover the ethical duties Realtors owe to clients, scenario-based discussions applying ethical principles and the structure, significance and enforcement of the Code of Ethics. Fair housing training covers federal, state and local laws, common fair housing violations and how to avoid them, understanding implicit bias and more.

BICF Scholarship Program

Building Industry Charitable Foundation Board of Trustees will award the 2025 Building Industry Student Scholarships at a special reception. Scholarship recipients and their families are invited to attend this event, and are asked to RSVP if they can attend. Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided.

RPAC Bowling Challenge
