FALL RIVER — The show is called the “ Real Housewives of Rhode Island," but could it be filming in Fall River?

If speculation is true regarding potential cast members, the Spindle City may catch some Bravo TV spotlight.

Social media has been abuzz in recent weeks since the network confirmed the latest installment of its drama-filled reality TV franchise would be coming to the Ocean State.

While the cast for the show has yet to be officially announced, the online rumor mill — stemming from teaser posts on an Instagram account with the handle " The Real Housewives of Rhode Island" and a list posted by reality television blogger account Dorinda Deadly — points to eight women.

Most live in the Providence area, and two of the heavily rumored R.I. Housewives have a Fall River connection.

Brianna LaTorre and Stephanie Costa share a 401 area code with fellow suggested cast members — and a big social media presence — but their work has ties just over the Braga Bridge in Fall River.

Fall River’s 'Lip Bunny'

According to her profile on Lip Bunny Beauty’s website , LaTorre is a board-certified nurse practitioner — with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Rhode Island and Master of Science in nursing — and a “Master Nurse Injector.”

“She is considered one of the world’s leading experts in non-surgical facial rejuvenation,” it states, with an extensive experience in the field of aesthetics that draws clients from far and wide seeking an “unparalleled luxury experience.”

She has amassed a quite a following on Instagram – with over 262,000 followers on her handle @Thelipbunny – as well as TikTok , drawing eyes with a mix of personal and professional posts and beauty tips.

Nurse with a 'passion for beauty'

Stephanie Costa , of Providence, is the owner and founder of Aesthetic Injections by Stephanie Marie , and works at Agape Medical Spa in Johnston, R.I. Her husband Paul Mallari is a dermatology physician assistant who practices at Agape in Johnston as well as its Fall River location, 775 Davol St.

According to her profile on Agape’s website , Costa is a 2009 Rhode Island College graduate with a bachelor’s in nursing who started her career at Women and Infants’ Hospital in Providence, working in the postpartum unit and newborn nursery before transitioning to women’s oncology where, she said, “I discovered my passion for making women feel beautiful.”

“Many of my patients were undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. I spent many hours doing whatever I could to boost their confidence,” her profile states.

'The Real Housewives': Reality TV franchise is coming to RI. But not everyone is real thrilled.

After stints at Boston hospitals, she traveled to Los Angeles and worked with “VIP celebrity patients” at California hospitals before returning to the East Coast and obtaining her master’s degree in 2018 as board certified family nurse practitioner, the profile states.

She started her own cosmetic practice while working full time as a primary care provider for two nursing homes/rehabilitation centers, before shifting her focus to her growing practice and “passion for beauty.”

At Agape, she specializes in cosmetic injectables and bio identical hormone therapy, the profile states.
