McLaren Automotive has announced the regional winners and finalists for its Global Retailer of the Year award. This annual recognition highlights excellence in various aspects of retailer performance, such as sales, service, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. McLaren Orlando has been named the Americas Retailer of the Year 2024, earning a spot in the exclusive McLaren Premier Club.

McLaren Orlando's achievement is marked by their exceptional standards, which align with the high expectations of luxury supercar buyers. Their recognition also includes a year-long membership in the prestigious McLaren Premier Club, reserved for top-performing retailers worldwide. In addition to maintaining high standards throughout 2024, McLaren Orlando is investing over $20 million in a new retail facility set to open in Spring 2025.

Joining McLaren Orlando in the Premier Club are McLaren Scottsdale, McLaren Walnut Creek, and McLaren Philadelphia. These retailers have demonstrated excellence in key areas such as sales and customer satisfaction. Their inclusion in the Premier Club positions them as contenders for the Global Retailer of the Year title, where top retailers from each region will be evaluated based on their 2024 performance.

The ninth edition of these awards serves as a gold-standard analysis of supercar customer service and retail business administration globally. Winners are determined through a digital scorecard that evaluates various business areas monthly. This ensures fair competition among retailers of all sizes by considering factors like sales, parts, service, and operational excellence.

Founded in 2010, McLaren Automotive is renowned for producing ultra-high-performance supercars. Headquartered at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, England, they are committed to creating exhilarating vehicles that set benchmarks.
