Set up a tent and camp outside your local Chick-fil-A!
Embrace all things cozy and let a bowl of soup warm you up by the fire. And add a Peppermint Chip Milkshake ... just because.
Literally yesterday, I stopped at Chick-fil-A for lunch. It was a seamless and downright delightful process despite the droves of cars lined up to the restaurant. I ordered via their app (available for iPhones and Android) and drove up for curbside pickup. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and guided through the line while staying in my car. Another staff member brought my order (packaged to perfection) to my car and sent me on my way.
We've come to expect greatness from our experiences at Chick-fil-A. And, they're not done yet wow-ing their fans this holiday season. We're all thrilled and counting down the days until the two holiday favorites will be available.
Peppermint Chip Milkshake
Plan to grab your first Peppermint Chip Milkshake of the season. Fans across the country have awaited this day all year ... ever since they took their last sip of the seasonal favorite last year.
Nothing says "holiday" like the refreshing and creamy goodness of this seasonal treat. Beginning November 16, the Peppermint Chip Milkshake will be available at participating Chick-fil-A locations. And these incredible shakes are only available for a limited time, so get yours sooner rather than later.
"Each shake is hand-spun the old-fashioned way with delicious Chick-fil-A Icedream® dessert and features chips of peppermint bark topped off with whipped cream and one crucial cherry."
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Beginning November 16, you can enjoy a cup or a bowl of this tasty goodness. Chick-fil-A's Chicken Tortilla Soup is back to keep you company over the holidays. Grab a couple of friends or family members and savor some soup along with crackers and cheese.
While Chicken Noodle Soup is on the menu year-round, the holiday season is the only time Chicken Tortilla Soup is available. It's only available for a limited time, so head on over to your local Chick-fil-A. There's no limit to the number of bowls of Chicken Tortilla Soup you can down in a week. No judgment here.
"Chilly weather is upon us, so we’re kicking up the heat this holiday season by bringing back Chick-fil-A® Chicken Tortilla Soup. The soup features shredded chicken breast and navy and black beans — all in a white, creamy base with a blend of vegetables and spices."
A cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup has about 320 calories and costs around $4. For the bigger appetites, a bowl of soup packs closer to 620 calories for under $7.
Other Favorites and Family Meal Bundles
While you're at Chick-fil-A, grab a full meal of a Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries. Or the incredible Mac & Cheese, recently added to the menu. While dine-in is not offered at every location, Chick-fil-A created a seamless process to order ahead and pick-up curbside, carry-out, or drive-thru. If those options still don't fit your needs, have Chick-fil-A delivered right to your door.
Did you know? Chick-fil-A also offers bundles to feed the entire family. Let Chick-Fil-A take care of the details ... you only need to select your favorite entree, side, drink, and dessert. Easily serve four people (or more) with more than 14 menu options and combinations.
Where Did the "A" Come From?
Have you ever wondered where the "A" in "Chick-fil-A" came from? According to The Chicken Wire, it's to represent "Grade-A" quality of chicken. And we all thought it stood for "Amazing," "Astounding," or maybe for "Awesomeness"
"That’s why he chose Chick-fil-A: “Chick” to represent our signature menu item, and “fil-A” as a play on the word “filet,” with a small twist. He replaced “et” with “A” to represent the “Grade-A” quality of our chicken.
